For some added peace of mind, The Standard at Columbia offers individual housing contracts that span for 12 months, starting in August and ending in July of the following year. Our individual housing contracts coincide with the University of South Carolina’s academic calendar, which means residents can move in and get settled before the start of the fall semester!
