How International Students Can Apply
The application process is essentially the same for our international student residents. The same qualifying criteria surrounding income requirements, move-in fees, and guarantors apply; the only difference is that potential residents will need to use a passport or other identification method during the application process.
If you do not have a qualifying guarantor, you can opt to pay an additional deposit or take advantage of our Guarantor Waiver Program to bypass this requirement. For more information about applying to live at The Standard as an international student, reach out to our leasing office directly.
