Our housing contracts are installment contracts meaning there is a base housing contract amount for the entire term that is then broken down into 12 equal installments. Our housing contracts follow the academic year, beginning in August at the start of the school year and ending in July.
If a student does not make 3 times the amount of monthly installment, we require a guarantor. Typically, all students will need a guarantor. For more information on guarantor requirements with financial aid or for international students, contact our leasing office!
Yes, our residents’ pets are welcome at The Standard at Columbia. Get in touch with our leasing office for more information.
Yes, a designer furniture package is included with every unit. We can not remove furniture from units.
Here at The Standard at Columbia, renter’s insurance is required. If you do not wish to obtain your own policy before move-in, we can auto-enroll you into our own policy.
Each monthly installment payment includes a 55-inch Smart TV, access to high-speed Internet, cable, pest control, and access to our on-site amenities, such as our fitness center, resort-style pool, and luxurious clubhouse. Electricity and water are not included.
Yes, on-site parking is available. We offer exclusive garage parking for added convenience.
Monthly installments are due on the first (1st) of each month and considered late after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th).
